I was watching this video earlier and it was characters copying other characters moves, there was a Mr G&W with mario moves, Link with Mewtwo moves etc etc. Anyway ive been wondering how the guy did it. was it on an emulator or can you actually make it happen on the game

Yeah what Mario_4_life and HYPA said,either an AR,cheating,or maybe
even the debug menu.
P.S. I don't know what the Debug menu does.
