Yeah I think they went, or they were going to go. Isai was joking when he said he lost in the first round, he got 7th. CJ=5th and a previously unknown player, bombsoldier, makes a debut to American smash by beating both masashi and CJ I heard.

Bombsoldier wasn't exactly unknown. I had heard the name before and apparently Bach had been hailing him as the best Falco in the world. Still, though, not a household name. It's cool stuff.
