Not as playable characters. For Mew, unlock all characters and start randomly lobbing Pokeballs around. For Celebi, get everything except the trophies and start randomly lobbing Pokeballs around. They've each got a 1 in 251 chance of appearing.

Nope. You can SEE mew by throwing pok�balls like nothing else.

Well, this is true. Sorry for being a smart-ass, but, ya know.. well.. maybe you don't, but that's just how I am sometimes.

Anyway, I wish mew and Celebi actually did something other than just float off. Maybe they are too strong to be enslaved by the human race for their own bidding. (and other races, I suppose)

You can release Celebi and Mew from PokeBall's, but you cannot use them as playable characters.
