I found a real bug in the game, but it leads nowhere to the glitch characters, as by Cez' explanation.

It's called the Turnip Glitch.

the first part of the glitch is actually a glitch that skypal found with the supper scope... Basically, you can make it to the point where the space between fox and falco is one big yellow super scope blur. Alot of things can be done with it too... it spikes you, gives you alot of damage, and supposedly, can make you get stuck there, and you eventually freeze the game. and supposedly, you can also get one of the characters to simply "combust" and die, and no matter the lives he wont come back.
