I agree, but Pichu actually could be pretty decent, if it weren't for the fact that Pichu takes damage with most of his attacks. A pro could probably still be awesome with Pichu, but it'd just be annoying to learn what attacks won't damage Pichu(not very many) and use only them.
The randomness of this signature is completely random.

If I wanted to defeat a pro Pichu player, I'd personally just dodge every attack until he/she racked up 50% damage on him/herself.

Marth really isn't too tough to master. He's a fast AND strong character.
Fox on the other hand is a fast WEAK character, and beginners will have trouble using him.
That goes along with my theory that weak characters are tougher to master.

Lol. Yeah. I have trouble with fast characters because my style of fighting involves a lot of smash moves, and getting that character away from me, and then hitting it with a dash attack to knock it in the air again, and then repeat. Fast characters are harder to do that with. :(
