Where is it? I looked all around the area of Farlion(or what ever the name is), and I still can't find it. Can someone tell me where?

Okay screencheat2,where are you right now?If your by Flanoir(The frozen snowy like city)get off of your Rheaiards and look around(outside of the town of corse)and when your looking around,you should be able to see it from right outside the cite,but if not its along one of the sides,and it looks like a jumble of rocks,Id give you an exact location but my friends borrowing my game right now,but someone else might be able to better help you to pinpoint its location later on today if you cant find it first,hope I helped!
