i jsut lvl them up by summoning a guy then u have the first 3 hits for free 'till he try to defend himself

ok if you want master blade go to that Inn near Ill Omen Inn and a guy that has a silver long sword will train you to master but you have to have jounyman level or expert level before he will train you...

I am a master in blade,sneak,security and acrobatics.I can't seem to get the drunken argonian to train me in athletics anymore but he won't bump me to the master trainer either

lol the master traner for athletics is a wonan in the IMP or Anvill (i think its the IMP cant remember) and rumor has it shes been everywere on foot.

I think he was refering to the Kajitt, Miaq the Liar. He tells you a few cool things and runs between Anvill and Leiwan I think.
