I've heard about this sword called the Umbra Sword and i was wondering how you get it! Any one?

I got told that there was a woman called Umbra and that i had to kill in Fort Virtue, so i went there and all that was there was some rats, ghosts and skeletons. Nothing else! Please Help me?

It is a quest for some Deadric Princess I think. She wants you to go get the sword for her. After you get it you go back to her and she lets you keep it. That is all I know. Someone else can tell you more. Also, check in the questions. There are a lot of questions about Umbra in there.

Its in fort vindasel, southwest of the imperial city..almost on the road. You dont hav to start the daedric shrine quest to get it. When you take it back to Clivicus Vile she gives you the chioce of keeping it (which she doesnt like) or trading it in for some helm that i personally didnt like.
Bethesda makes the best games ever. The Elder Scrolls games rock harder then any other game ever. I like Heavy Metal and Death Metal. My favorite band is DevilDriver.

I've found fort Vindasel. I tryed to kill her with my silver longsword but it did hardly any damage so i ran off but she was WAY to fast and killed me.

You need a better weapon. Time to go dungeon dinvin! Or just do some quests for the Fighters Guild and you can get some weapons that way.

Yes, there are some very powerful weapons you can buy. Axes are the most abundant magic weapons you can but you want to swords. I think there is one in Chorrol you can buy. Not sure. But there are some that are there. You just have to look. And also. Ha! I got Umbra! Did you know that after you refuse to give Clavicus Vile the sword and go to talk to his lady follower that your game freezes?

I've just killed Umbra, It was pretty easy to be honest. I just used the Chronicle of sacrifice spell. Also who is his lady follower, do you mean the people who stand near the statue?

Yes, and I just played and learned that if I refuse him Umbra my game freezes in about 10 seconds. So I can't complete the quest because I am not giving up Umbra.
