I would post this on the ES4 Pc forums but there aren't any, so ill ask here. Dose anyone have the Pc version, and if so if you have the construction set downloaded dose it include just buildings or can you create characters too like the Morrowind Set.

I don't have the pc version,but when I was looking around for a forum about Oblivion I came across the offical site . They talk alot about the pc version . http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/ they would know I'm sure

I didnt know there was one till a couple of days ago. All I saw from it was duel-weilding, so I think it is pretty cool.

The Construction Set for Oblivion is one of the most complicated. And yes, it does work like Morrowind's

The connstruction set is hard,I fooled around with it a bit for Morrowind. The PC version of OB already has hundreds if not thousands of mods people have made to be downloaded. I know just a few off hand...have your own pets/kill the adoring fan/portable bedroll/new quest/delete spells/have your old spells back like levitate... are just a few.These are not official downloads so you have to be carefull . With it being a PC game some of these could slow down the game quite a bit.

It's not really that hard when you get the hang of it. But if you've had Morrowind please answer this little question if you've done it right. How do you move around in 3D? I only know how to zoom and move left, right, up, and down. So I can only have a bird's eye view of the entire area. Do you know how I can fix that?

If I am reading this right...to change from 1st person to 3rd person view just click down on either L3 or R3 toggle...man it's been a while I need to go double check?

Yeah, they are always under "T". I hate that becaues I just call it Oblivion. So sometimes I get confused.
