How do I put more than one effect on an item I am trying to enchant?

you can only add one effect to constant effect itemes lik apperall. weapons hold severall but to add the effect you must be able a cast it as spell.

I really didn't like the new enchanting system on ESIV, but that's only because I used it so early in III. In the new one you have to wait so long to use it, and then when you can all the constant effects are so low you need to have four or five to make it matter. Black soul gems don't even count higher than grand soul gems, and you can't see what creature was captured. I used to collect special monsters like the dagoths but now I can't... It is a lot more realistic though, and the game totally rocks. I just wish you could enchant attributes more than ten points...
