The fan boy is kinda funny, and useful in a way, cos you can lead him out to the wilderness and execute him!! Also, sometimes NPCs (bandits etc) attack him instead of you
But my favourite character would have to be City-Swimmer. lol she cracked me up
I was standing at the bottom of the stairs to someones house, and City-Swimmer snuck up there. Next minute I hear "Hey, what do you think youre doing!?", and City-Swimmer came running past, hotly pursued by Alerons wife, and about three guards, and they chased her away. But unfortunately, I later found her body in the street, and you know what she stole? A LOAF OF BREAD!! I think this is put in as a kind of jest stereotype, the poor person punished for stealing bread so they could eat.

I like the two battle mages that follow you while doing the Anvil Recommendation Quest. They own, I just summoned a Frost Atronach, used "Shadow Shape" and sat and watched that evil hotel worker getting pwned!
