I know this is a n00b question, But I'm a Dark Elf Battle Mage, And I want to know the easiest way to increase my skills. Alteration, Conjurifacation, Destruction. ETC.

Well, just cast them over and over and over again. For conjuration, conjur a skeleton and then switch spells to Turn Undead and then cast it on your skeleton over and over, easy way to level up conjuration. Just make spells or buy them in whatever school of magic you want and just cast it. Very simple.

At the Mages' Guild. Ether join them and recieve the book "Mages Guild Charter" or just buy it at a bookstore. And there you go.

To increase destruction easily make a weak fire damage on self spell and cast all the time,then when your health is low cast a restoration spell.Easy destruction and restoration.

just make a spell thats week on the hurtful ones and just make one that you can do on the other ones,then just make sure you cast them on you self and badda bing badda boom cha ching

Ya, this has nothing to do with this form but I see this as the best way to have may question heeded(answered) How in the Sonic the Hedgehog Blue Hell can I "un-rust" the handle remote thingy in the bay buy Bravil called Nides or whatever on the fort cause I want to see the dead people and the blood upclose.

You are talking about Fort Grief? That is part of a quest called Caught in the Hunt. In Bravil you find out Aleron Roche is missing, now ask someone about it, and then go see his wife to recieve the quest. Go to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Main_Page to get a list of all quests, walkthroughs etc.
