1.talk to a mages guild charter and they will tell u everything
2.elven i believe
3.go to the emperial city and go to the west until u reach a place called vahtacan,and go in there have a good good good good good good good good attack and kill the lady at the end,or just go to the emperial city and buy the apocalypto stakk at rindirs staffs and go back and kill her with that(takes 4 hits i believe)
