ive been playin oblivion 4 a bit but ma xbox broke so im onli level 4
but what is the best armor wepons and were do you get them from?
i have the blades armor(all of it) and a 2 handed katana

Heavy is Daedric armor that can be found on daedra,vampires and marauders.Light is Glass that can be found on vampires,pirates and bandits.Blade is Umbra,Goldbrand and a Daedric claymore enchanted. Blunt is Volendrug, Mace of Molag Bal and a Daedric Warhammer enchanted. Umbra is in an ayleid ruin south of the Imperial City. Goldbrand is the reward for the Boethia shrine quest. Mace of Molag Bal is the reward for the Molag Bal shrine quest.Volendrug is the reard for the Malacath shrine quest.For info on these quests look up my Daedric Shrines Guide in the walkthrough section

You need to be Lv7 to find black bears and 14 to find brown. They are normally along the roads in the forests, I don't really know any definite locations.

You can buy some pelts from the owner of Northern Trades and Goods in Chorrol just to the left of the south gate and dupe them.

ive got that house in anvil the manor 1 but what do i do with it its all messed up like all the things have fallen over like someone or something has gone in there

It's a quest. When it's completed the house will be one of the nicest you could have. I would type up a walkthrough for this quest, but it's too big. You can find it here.
