i know that the bow Hatred Souls is the best bow in the game but does anyone know if you it is lvled or not? do you have to be a lvl 20+ to recieve best stats?

I actually have no clue what bow that is. And it all depends on your marksman skill as to the damage done by your bows.

Location: Chorrol Oblivion World; In appearance it is identical to a daedric bow. It is possible to obtain multiple copies of Hatreds Soul.

Lvl 5-7 Weight-12 Value-1173 Damage-16 Effects-Drain Speed 10pts 15secs Fire Damage 10pts
Lvl 8-10 Weight-12 Value-1727 Damage-18 Effects-Drain Speed 15pts 20secs Fire Damage 15pts

Where do you see the amount of uses? And I doubt it is that bad. I found a battle axe that only had like 2 uses. Wonder where I got that thing. I think I was dungeon diving.

19+ has 15 uses, but yes you are right. I have seen a single use one before.

Yeah the weapons I have found like that are really powerful so I use them and keep a ton of watcha ma jiggle stones to recharge them.

Yeah, most new players make the mistake of powering it through the main quest to find that all the goodies in the Oblivion realm are gone.

Im not a marksman so I'm not that knowledgeable about bows. All I know os that you can make a powerful bow in the Arcane University by enchanting a normal bow (prefrably Daedric.

I think that Shadowhunt is really cool. you can get it from one of the Dark Brotherhood missions as a bonus.
