Okay I want the skeleton key, but i dont know where the Nocturnal shrine. Someone help! Please?

Ok go to Leyawin. There are two gates. The gate on the right side of the map is what you want. Travel up that road and eventually you will see a fork. Take it to the right. If you are impasionte(I know I spelt that wrong) Then look for a person mark on your compass. Go towards that.

Ah. Thanks, but where can i find someone that will tell me where the Eye of Nocturnal is? Dont tell me where it is, just tell me who I can ask where i can find it.

Any Imperial or Guard. And don't ask for the eye of Nocturnal ask Leyawin.
