I don`t understand....

I never thought that the ocean king was a whale!who thought that the ocean king was something else?

I thought he was just a regular guy, except looked different from what form he had on during the game, because you know the storyboard that Oshsu showed after you completed the ghost ship. Well it had some weird image of him going into belldum when he was saying how he was sucked his energy/form or something like that.

yeah but i mean i never knew that he was going to transform into a whale after bellium died.i thought he actually died when the sail holder thing hit him and the ship.

personally i think the end twist really sucked.

The only thing I never expected in the game was linebeck and how he changed at the end, because you know how he is a fool. After you beat the first stages of bellium, he says nice comments than his most usual foolish comments whenever you leave any island and you never would think of him, actually being brave for once when he used the phantom sword.

And surviving. So the coward can fight off the end boss but link has to gather a bunch of random crap just to barely beat it.

You mean becoming the last boss. I know I would'nt expect that either. In fact I was thinking in a game that some evil guy or a good guy changes side in the middle of the game for whatever reason, but never at the end.

Ditto. The game had lots of twists and turns in it.

I always suspected Oshus from the start when you see him with Linebeck for the first time before you set out into the sea for the first time. Because he already knew we had the first Sea Chart without anyone telling him that we have it.

In fact, thinking back to the whole whale thing. Its a bit like Link's Awakening when you have the whole thing of being in a dream and at the end it was a Whale. Because it was sorted of like a dream when an the end the pirates said it took only 10 minutes and at the end the Ocean King was a Whale.

They probably just copied it but changed Wind Fish to Ocean King and in the game nothing about meantioning it to be a dream.
