You click on Apply to be a moderator on this forum right above where it says mod spots

Well, since you're new, I'll just give you some advice; you should start your own thread asking for help around the site, not post in this one. If you don't know how to start a new thread, it's just above the top of the first post in this topic, and it says "Start New Topic"
