Its at the entrance to zoras domain, just before the enterance there should be a door on the left wall go through there and your at the fishing hole

Also in the fishing hole on the big rock in the middle there is a peice of heart get it with the fishing rod.

Just catch fish and you also get an empty bottle,thats found by the small bridge when you fish you get it because it was blocking the water path or something like that.
