Lemon tree - When/how did you get it?

The lemon tree episode being one of my favorites, i was excited to see it was part of this game. I've only been playing for a few weeks and I've come to find out the only way to get it is thru a mystery box. My questions to the tapped out community are: How long did you play before you got it? And did you get it thru the daily prize of the mystery box? Or did you purchase the mystery box?
