how do you get to put the cheats in if you dont have the gnome????cuz i tried to put the cheat to unlock to gnome but it didnt work!!!!!!

Do you have to pause during the middle of playing to do the Cheat Gnome. If yes, everytime I try to do the Cheat Gnome, because it has an X in the code , it never works!!!!!!!!!!! Someone help, I can't complete games like this without using cheats!!!!!!!

give em food that when its all cooked and theres a green smoke on the food and they eat theyll die
