How to tell your sims are prego. Thats easy! first to get prego get two sims of opposite genders and have them relake in a double bed together at the same time then click on try for baby and if you hear a short lullaby then you need to try again

Or you can wait till the next day and if your sim is pego it will give u a notification

Awesome! So wait, if u do all of this, you will get twins or triplets? Or does the game decide this for u? I rally want triplets!!!!

if u eat 3 appples you can have a boy and if you eat 3 watermelons you will have a girl but you have to be pregnant to get this to work
