When your sims is pregnant, if you want a boy, eat a few apples throughout the pregnancy. If you want a girl, eat some watermelon throughout the pregnancy!
How to have twins/ triplets:
Buy the lifetime reward that is called: fertility treatment. The mum doesn't have to have it, the dad could get it but it always works
