If you pause the game, and press LT RT LB RB all at the same time it will ask whether to continue or play fair and square, if you continue then go on buildnbuy mode, then into decor, there is a llama in there that has all the cheats in it.

I think that the llama is only on regular sims 3. When you are in sims 3 pets I think you just get the 99,999,999 dollars hope it helps. And if the llama is on sims 3 pets it is under decor and misc.

For sims 3 pets pause the game and press lb rb rt and lt at the same time and a message will appear saying are you sure and you click let the cheating begin and it will instantly give you unlimited money and skill points
