How do you unlock locked houses

If you buy the house, is is still haunted? Like, will the ghost(s) keep coming back? Or will they leave forever (almost), just like in your normal house? OR do they keep coming back every night? I REALLY want this house...

i caught the ghostd ALOT and it still will not unlock

Where do I buy the inventing table to make the ghost zapper. How do I make the ghost zapper. Is there any specific type of stuff I need to make it?

how do i make a bigger family with more than 6 and how do i kill my sims (murder them)

it diffrerent withthe goth house i tried capturing almost all the time and it won't unlock what do i do?

yarr you have to capture a goast u have to buy a inventing table
and be really good at it. I think u have to have 9 or 8 skill bar things.
when you unlock a goats zapper u have to go on the map at night
And if you see a house with a purple goast symbol go there with the goast zapper.
when u go there you might see a toast which looks like a sim and you can capture them.
or u might see another goats that is colourful and smaller.
If u capture 24 goasts on one lot then u will unlock it.
