Can you restrict the game from allowing the Sims to be friendly? I know my 8 year old would love this game, but I do not want her to be able to have access to the characters "being friendly"

I don't believe so but if she would like this game and she wants a baby she can also adopt. But the "being friendly" is blurred out. You might be able to find a cheat that does that. Hope this was a little helpful!
