sims 3 supernatrual wont download

One day I accidently dropped my computer with both my sims 3 supernatural and pets on the floor after my computer was fixed I tried to install them again (seeing the all the ones that didn't have disc downloaded I though they would to)I don't have the box but I have the codes they both got halfway though then stopped completey!I tried this a couple times but got the same result I tried contacting ea but could fing there number I don't want to spend another 20 DOLLARS on both and like both games they worked fine before and I really want to play I have 6 other sims 3 games that work perfectly fine but these wont even finish downloading!!Please help!!!!!
