I'm stuck at this part of the game. I want to get married, so I'm not getting promoted til I can get married. So will someone please tell me how to get married? I already have a lover, I just don't know what to do to get married. Please help!

To get married, you need to have 100% with that person. Invite them over. Feed them,then watch tv with them. Then propose.

You cannot marry a stock character in the game, you can only marry somone on the free streets. They have to be at 100 and they have to have all their needs met and be happy. So make sure they get food and a little fun and comfort. Sit and watch TV takes care of two things at once.
