Getting engaged...?

Hi IDont know how to get past this goal that says "fast track sims" HELP???!!!!

Hi, I'm on level 14. I can't get to the get engaged stage. How many goals are there? It's making me so frustrated. :( I don't know what to do. The goals keep going on and on! Please help me!

im on level 22 and the goal "get engaged"still hasen't popped up

I just stopped doing woohoo and I got the icon

I have the propose marriage option up but it says I need to complete my goals but I don't have enough money to buy a new sim so that I have 5

How to get Monet quick fast and in a hurry first you have to have a iPod iPhone or iPad go onto the game normally and the go to settings then click( date and time) and change the date to....2034 then go back to the game and you'll end up with 12,000 or less if it dosent work sorry but it worked for me I'm filthy rich living in a masion a living the dream! ohyeah! Hey I am on level 10 and my sims are partners but it still will not let me get engaged

you could just try and get engaged any way because im pretty sure my friend had the same problem and that worked for them just pressing it any way goodluck to you hope it works

I heard that you have to complete every single goal before you can get engaged

i am just past level 10 and nothing happened to me. i had no problem. make sure your partner bar is full up

I have read all off these comments and I didn't know which one to believe. But I didn't move my sims into the same house I just kept being romantic until it said partner. After afew days of being romantic the ''purpose'' came up. Then I moved my sims in and it goes on from there... This worked for me and my mates.
