I think you can move sims without changing their names. I had two sims who were "good friends" and they moved together without changing either of their names.

I thought I could chose the gender so I called my baby ollie but when I looked 'ollie' was a girl so as I had money for a crib I just deleted the baby and got a new one

I wish you could change your sims names but you would have to completely reset the game or have them move in with someone else to change the last name. You can also delete that sim and get a new one if thats what you want to do.

If you click the ultimate makeover button you can change the name and gender of the sim. Problem is it costs 12 LP per sim so it's not cheap. Hope this helped

You have to click your sims and double click and something will come out that says Ultimate Makeover which you need to pay 12LP so choose and spend wisely. That's the only way sorry no other way.

Unfortunatly you can not change the name of your sim. I have personally wondered this myself. I hope that the people who have created this game come out with an update that will be able to change sim names on Sims Freeplay. Good Luck[size=12][b]:dancing ]
