Stuck for 11 levels

I am level eleven and I have forgotten the goal I have to fulfill. Also I really want to build some work places! The only thing I can do in the game are the basics and it is reallygetting boring. Four sims, and my townis worth over 50 000. Where do I see my goals and when can I get my sims to go working?

Ugh i am stuck on level 11 with task of buying a beside table what is that i dont get it >.<

a bedside table can be found in the sleeping room tab of the shop, it can be found to the right of the beds and shouldn't be too expensive.

if you want to know the goal you must fulfill, there should be a thing in the down left corner of the screen, it shows the currently selected sim and its needs. Above the needs there's a text that shows your current goal.

To go to work, click the bottom right hand tab. It should show your sims as unemployed. Touch that bar and choices of jobs will appear. Pick one. Go to work on time.

I m stuck. I would like to put together my sims but i dont know how please help me
