Sims Freeplay - sims are frozen/time not moving or going backwards!!

Experiencing a few problems since Sunday:
1. send sims to work, however the time is frozen, the time bar stays at 0% and doesn't move.
2. send sims to plant (4 hours), the time bar move forward initially for the first hour. When checked near the end task completing time, the time bar/completed area reduced back to 0%
Anyone experiencing the same?? Or know how to resolve? :(

Yes exactly the same problem. Its very frustrating. I have tried reinstalling the game but that made no difference.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem it's been going on for about a week now for me and I can't figure out how to fix it but somehow it needs to be fixed
