I have more than enough neighbors but I am willing to help anyone complete social quests. I have one billion (1,000,000,000) town value and I unlocked everything, I have multiple pools/houses/sims and everything that you need for completing quests that involve items for career. I spent time on my sims town, and I'm sure that my town will help you complete quests faster

UPDATE: I changed the weather of all of the houses on my sims freeplay game (including the unoccupied ones) to snowing weather . This means that pools are not available to swim in because they're frozen. the ONLY two houses that I didn't change the temperatures of, are the two role play households I have. They are the WALTER WHITE FAMILY HOUSEHOLD (Yellow house with black roof) (avatar shown in the icon is of bald man with beard and sunglasses) in the original sim town. The other house that I didn't change the weather to is the DAENERYS TARGARYEN HOUSEHOLD (medieval house) (avatar icon shown is of a girl with blonde long hair) in the mystery island town. If you need to complete a quest that involves swimming those are the ONLY two houses I left non-snowing
