please help my mail wont arrive and my sim baby wont either

please help me my daily bonus\mail wont arrive its been 5 days and my sim baby wont either every time i try to click it it just wont let me and the timer thing is not going any farer that means i cant make any more sims its been 5 days way over what it said it would take i cant say my data on face book because i dont have it and im very far i really dont want to restart my game again please im begging :C i truly need your help please help me i really need help if this cant be fixed i wont get like anymore money and i cant add anymore sims so what will be the point in playing ive come to far to start over :C please help

Try to re-position the baby crib to a open area as it is accessible from only one angle.

About the adding another sim thing, try gaining another cuz on every even level, you can add a new sim. Hipe i helped! Also you should try what they said.

In my sims freeplay someone killed my toddler

Same thing happened to me because I changed the time and I had to reset my game. Did you change the time? Don't do it!
