Dude, I finally know how to do the time cheat!!!!! No jailbreak!!!! First get all of ur sims plant beans. Secondly go on to setting change time to 9 hours ahead of the time of present then on the airplane mode on then wait 15 seconds(slowly) and double click the home button go back to simsfreepkay and it should say internet connection error or something then wait 10 slowly sec and if it doesn't work then press retry! And if it still doesn't work then retry the whole step again!

Note: It might not work at the first try!!!!! I hoped I helped

Ok heres a cheat for money and lps
First get all ur sims to go to one house and make sure u have patches for gardening
get all ur sims to plant in one house and plantthe most expensive plant in the option
go to ur multitasking bar and delete the history
go to settings and turn on airplane mode
go to date and time and turn off 24hour and automatic thingie setting
with ur finger on your home button turn off ur airplane mode and go to home quickly as possible
go to ur sims app and sometime it should say i could not connect tap retry and it should connect
and then ur plants are finshed!!
note:may not work the first time

CHEAT FOR ANDROID
First go and plant beans (or the best thing you can buy)and make sure you pay for it!
Then press the home botton and turn on flight mode (located in settings)
Go to date and time and change the date (I like to change it a day ahead but whatever)
Then go on to the sims again it shoulg not connect
Now press the home botton and turn flight mode off
Go back on to the app and everything should be ready
Time to collect

To save money you could probably, when you can get more than one floor in a house, have an apartment building. Hope this helps!
