I have got a simoleon cheat. First go to settings turn wifi off and change date and time to the future. Then go to sims free play. Wait 5 secs. Go to settings change date and time back to normal. Go to sims freeplay it should give you 50,000 simoleons. This will also get everything done!

If you have around 3 houses, build the Japanese retreate, it costs 27,000 for me. This is why you need to have fewer houses, the less you have the cheaper it will be. Once the house has been built, sell everything in there. It may take about 5/10 mins, but I get around 40,000 profit.
