New Pre-Designed Homes from the update?

Has anyone gotten the Designer Home? Is it worth the 35 LP's? Could someone post up a screenshot of it?

I have screenshots of the Japanese retreat and Skater's Pad.

How did you change your yard and fence?

By yard I mean the pavers instead of the lawn

I bought the Japanese Retreat but it's stuck on Build mode. It crashes me out of the game if I tap on the build icon. Plus it's not building anything and I spent 2 million Simoleons! Anyone else having this problem?

Is there a cheat that I can use to get the Japanese retreat on sims free play for my I pod four? I really REALLY want it, but it's to much money

I'm too lazy to sign up just to show u a screenshot, but I'm telling you it's not worth it.

Sure there's many 3-star items but the overall looks sucked. I was really disappointed. The skaters pad looked more like a designer home, while what you get for 35 lp looks like it's designed by the average person.

Why don't you get the knight's armor with the castle? Why don't you get the Alien Skeleton with the Sci-Fi Shuttle? The only decent prefab houses I've bought so far are the Skater's pad and the Japanese Retreat. You get the Alien Skeleton in the Skater's pad, and the Samurai Armor with the Japanese Retreat.

One of my houses is finished but whenever i click on it the game exits out! Please help!

This is a great way to save up money on houses the first house u buy is the already resigned one and the second is free for the undesigned house but the third one is where u should buy a mansion for it only costs 15 000 grand then it will higher the price
