Ok, where the 5 or 6 green bars are under the the sim that you are playing as, what does the last one mean? ( the one where the person is jumping for joy and has two stars around them in it) Please answer asap. I have no clue what it is for, and it is getting lower, so please help me, thank you!

That is their fun meter. Make them do fun stuff. For example: Have one sim check their email.
