ok, when you're playing the sims freeplay on android and you are playing as a certain sim, and the green oval type things under the sim and stuff, what does the last one with the person jumping for joy with two starts around them in it for? it keeps getting low on my game for each sim and i have no clue what it is for! please help,thank you!

That is their fun meter. Make them do fun stuff. For example: Have one sim check their email.
