Why can't you skip time in new sims preteen update?

Cannot get the time cheat to work on mytouch 4g help me please,what am I doing wrong

My phone won't let me set a date a year ahead :(

It Works! ahhhh. thanks so much. I thought i was dead meat for a couple days. None of the other cheats worked.

bake something or plant something .... exit app.......double click home button and hold the sims app till the red dash comes out......press it ........go to settings...... turn off wifi......set automaticaly off..... change it to the time your sim completes the action ...... turn on wifi........go to the game normally and TADA

THIS ONLY WORKS FOR PLANTS (I THINK)
1.)PLANT YOUR MOST EXPENSIVE PLANT (BEANS OR EGGPLANT)
2.)EXIT THE APP (MAKE SURE YOUR SIM WAS ALREADY PLANTING WHEN YOU EXIT)
3.)GO TO SETTINGS --->DATE&TIME
4.)TURN OFF SET AUTOMATICALLY
5.)CHANGE THE DATE TO JULY 1 , 1985
6.)GO TO GAME NORMALLY AND YOUR CROPS WILL BE FINISHED (YOUR SIMS WILL STILL BE PLANTING EVEN THOUGH IT HAS FINISHED)
7.)COLLECT
8.)EXIT GAME AND ENTER AGAIN TO MAKE THEM STOP PLANTING
9.)YOU WILL OBSERVE THAT YOU CANNOT SELECT FURNITURE
10.)GO TO THE MAP AND GO BACK TO THE HOUSE TO ENABLE TOUCHING THE FURNITURE SO THAT THE ACTIONS THAT CAN BE DONE WITH IT CAN BE SHOWN

I have found the going ahead in time to 2013 works beautifully for getting money, LPs and xps. I don't change the date or time just the year to 2013, but I make sure all 18 of my sims are doing something, be it planting, cooking, working, or activities. I get the money from plants, work and school, and 10 extra LPs just for going into the future and xps for activities. If when you go on them and they don't finish change to another sim or town map then back and they will then finish. Enjoy your cheats now, just wish there was a quicker way to get more sims, I have to wait until level 36 and the higher you go the slower through the levels, strawberries earn the biggest xps. Also complete those goals to get to the stages for those still waiting to get married etc, the goals will tell you when you are ready.

Working for me... I set everyone to plant or whatever other action I needed to do... Then go to town... Press home button and close sims in multitasking ... Set time back two years. Reopen sims. Visit house and back to town... Then go to home/close in multi change time again back to today. Reopen sims again and visit house. If sims are glitching DON'T cancel action(you'll lose XP)... Return to town and back to house and glitching will stop and you'll get your XP!

You can send your sim to do something, exit out and go to the settings. Then turn your wifi off and change the time to however many hours you need. Go back to sims with the wifi OFF. Then exit out again go bak to settings turn wifi back on and go back to sims and your done

Well there is one might not work for you only worked once for me in settings turn date to earliest date for me is 1970 the double click button (iOS) then minus sims go onto sims then go back to setting out one day ahead of your current time go into sims should get 10,000 money

If this updates so crude just get alot of lp n money then upgrade then you can get all the kl stuff

i want to make the pre teen sims fall in love ..how do i do that?

I'm on to the quest where it asks you to Perform Extensive Pirouettes. I built the Sports Centre, but when I click on it, it doesn't give me the option to perform it? It only comes up with the option to employ and enroll people. What do I do? Thanks

Go to sims free play
Go to shop on sims and instantly press out
Go to setting than general
Go to change time ans date
Change year BACK
Delete sims from iphone , ipod when you press home button 2 times
Go to sims
Go and change time to original
And there 5000$

Hi this really works

Shake your device and then the sim vomits - does not work with baby,toddlers, or teens.

You get the sims in one house and start making the m do stuff like planting stuff then go to ur home menu go into settings and set the date back to1970 then temporelirly close the game wait 10 secs then reopen the sims and it doesn't work but go to settings close the sims then set the time to 2012
