You have to wait till the 13th or something, then you have to build the promotions 'r' us building and get the tools from there or something, but you have to wait till the 13th of december soo start saving unless you already have the building. hope it helps

There are 2 menorahs for sale in the decorations tab. The costumes are available at the costume shop in town. And santa doesn't come until December 13. So he'll need help on the twelve days of Xmas.

In the featured part of the home store
You'll see a snowman and candy cane
Since they have a Santa icon on the corner I'm guessing those are the tools for the Santa thingie
(like how the Halloween items had a ghost icon) on Dec. 13 the Santa thing begins
