Beside the pet store.. the pet store is beside the salon.d the salon is the pink icon with 2 heads on it..

It's in the hobby shop next to the pet store. Once you've bought it, you'll find it in your inventory

Next to the pet shop is the salon on the other side of the pet shop should be a building which I think you have to purchase though I'm not so sure. Anyway, click on it (it has a blue logo). Then purchase the fashion studio which is �2,500 hope I helped!
