i found it its the blue icon next to the petshop its the guitar or music store whatever it is and you can buy the fashion studio there

Click on blue guitar icon that looks like a music store next to the pet shop. That is where you find your promotional items. You can buy the fashion studio there. <3

Hi what you do is find the icon with a football guitar and like a stand and click on it it will have it like a bed thing hope I helped
