1) Click the party boat, and invite @ least 8 ppl to play (FB friends).
2) Now u shd hv 8 or more NBR thingies on your top bar.
Buy an empty lot when u add a sim, or if one of ur sims houses if he/she moves into another sims hm.
Go to the empty house.
Click the buy stuff button. Press the furniture section, then go to the NBR button.
Fill the whole empty house with pool tables and the blue thingies with mats infront of them and duck ponds. Ur town value will increase.
Once ur town value increases to the point where ull recif the lp, u will get 3-5 lp instantly.
[]P.s. it's is 4 sims freeplay ip n iPad.
