I bought the stadium this morning, and it is still under construction.. It is stuck and I do not know how to correct it.. Anyone have this problem? It has been over 17 hours since I started it.

I also had a similar problem with the gallery and my party boat is stuck on 17,000+ hours and has been for days. I finally bought enough life points to finish the gallery but the boat remains stuck. Someone please help
