Build the children's store then tape the toddler section then look for a rocking horse then you can pass the goal

Guys just go in the toddler section of the children's store then scroll all the way to the end then you'll see it. It should cost $1,500

It seems that some people for some reason don't get access to the Rocking Horse even if they built the store and are on a high enough level.
I saw a discussion about it on the EA forum and hopefully it will be resolved soon.
