I need help on how to have a baby with two different genders (male/female). If anyone knows how please help me.

You need to have a married couple living together and a cot. Keep getting the married sims to be romantic. Click the add person button on the cot. It costs 3 lp, takes a while, and you can pick your gender at the end.

Put a crib in the room of a married couple. It costs 5LPs to get the cheapest crib. 5 more LPs to create the baby. Then wait 5 hours. After 5 hours you design your baby like a sim. Then you have your self a baby!

why does my sim not want to clean the baby?!?!

Also, babies can't be cleaned in sims freeplay. You can change their diaper, but when the cleanliness bar gets all the way down, the baby will make a mess in it's diaper then you can change the diaper and he/she will be clean again :D
