Step 1 Exit the sims game.
Step 2 Click homebar until red bars come up
Step 3 Click the redbar for the sims
Step 3 go to settings
Step 4 change date to december 22, 2012
Step 5 turn wifi off
Step 6 go to sims games wait til it says retry and then exit
Step 7 change date back to regular
