Sims Freeplay: Employ Sim as Realtor ?? Help!

I used 5LP to build the sims real estate so my Sim would get a job. I don't even see the building on my town map. What did I do?

did you do any cheats?

is the green icon still there and what does it say is the next task....

also when you select a sim can you pick real estate agent as a job?

and lastly, did you buy the podium and practice yet?

Its in the promotions store....The 1st one is free....
After you buy it it will appear in your home store.
