The Alien and new quest won't appear. Is it because I have sim limit reached(31).Do I have to delete my sim.

what'd you got from Alien quest?

It is normal. The alien-thingy will be the next event after the construct-o-coin event Smile
You just need to wait and so.

I am having the same issue. How long do we wait? Is it an update we have to download or will it occur automatically?

You need to wait until May 24 (I'm not sure)
